Détail- Refrigerate as soon as you receive it. - We use organic raw sea moss to make our gel. It is made fresh for orders to ship. - We use 8oz /16oz jars - Product needs to be refrigerated - Can be kept for 6 to 8 weeks refrigerated or up to a year in a freezer (transfer in a plastic container when frozen) - Choice of purple or gold gel - To be consumed on a daily basis. - We clean the sea moss and the preparation takes a little over 24 hours. Comes out almost tasteless and ready to mix with tea or food, or to eat with a spoon. We moved away from glass jars, our new jars are food grade, sealed, and can be frozen.
